Installation Problems:
Verify the CD-ROM version purchased, MAC or PC, matches your system. Do not install the
CD-ROM while other programs are open in Windows (i.e. word processor, E-mail, screen saver, antivirus, etc.), application errors may occur with error messages, like Not Enough Memory, or Illegal Operation may appear on
your screen.
Close all other programs in order to free enough RAM and then try reinstalling the program. Check to make sure that your CD-ROM drive and CD-ROM is clean and free from dirt, grease and debris.
If the
CD does not Autoplay upon insertion, try installing "manually". Search the CD contents for the executable file called "setup.exe" that will start the installation process. Do this by clicking on My Computer,
right click on your CD-ROM drive, and select explore from the pop up menu that appears. This will open up the contents of the CD. Now search for the setup or install file that will initiate installation of the program. Perform
a "clean reboot" of your system. Close all programs and shut down the system. Wait for a minute or two, restart your computer and install the program again.
